The Dead River Company will be coming to you LIVE Saturday night from the Charleston, located at 174 Bedford Avenue. Show starts around 9PM and we are being joined by Ritz Riot and the Itchy Hearts from Richmond! Don’t forget to save space in your belly because the Charleston gives free pizza with your beer!

A little back-posting. I, personally was absent from the DRC new year’s kickoff show becuase I was visiting my Brother and in Dixon, New Mexico walking through ice and snow.

Meanwhile, back in Brooklyn, my best friends were partying hard at Pete’s Candy Store and later at some party or other.

Be sure to mark your calendars for January 23rd when we will be tearing the roof off at the Charleston. Show starts at 8, we go on at midnight.

Hey guys,
Happy Twenty-Ten!
Just some pictures to post of an awesome show we played at the Knitting Factory with .357 Lovers, who are our new favorite band. Seriously awesome. They also had a sideshow guy who hammered a nail into his nose and some burlesque dancers who taught our very own Lindsey Lee Jones and Ol Hendershot to twirl sparkly titty tassles.

If anyone has more photos from the show, send them our way and we’ll post them.

The Dead River Company has spent the weekend in Utica, New York.  So as to assimilate gently into Utican society, we found it of the utmost importance to alter our usual apparel, aiming for something a bit more accessible.

Our trip to Utica has no doubt been a success.
